WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Personal data means any information that could identify you as an individual. This does not include anonymous data.
We collect the data you provide directly to us. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
We do not receive any commission from your usage of any linked services or products on this website. If any of the links included in this website should be an affiliate links, they will be clearly marked at the top of the relevant posts or pages. These third-party websites may collect cookies in order to track that visitors are going there from our website, and to track whether or not you make a purchase.

We are a Microsoft Partner and an indirect reseller of Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Office 365. However, your use of any Microsoft product does not automatically create a commission relationship. Unless you are specifically engaged with us by purchasing Microsoft product through our Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, we will not receive any commission through Microsoft or any other third-party vendors. Such relationship will always be disclosed to you.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Your profile picture, if you choose to include one, is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
If you contact us through the form on the ‘Contact Us‘ page, via the Facebook Messenger chat, or via email, the name and/or email address you provide will be visible to us, so that we can view and respond to your query. MAILING LIST SIGNUP
We use Capsule CRM to manage contact information relating to mailing list signups. When you sign up to our mailing list via a signup form on the website or a designated SiFr landing page on Capsule CRM, you consent for your contact data to be collected and stored on Capsule CRM’s servers. ​We use Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Voice to manage client feedback via occasional surveys from users of our services so we can improve our service offerings. Your receipt and response to these surveys will contain your name, email address, company name, and title. We keep such information indefinitely for historical customer feedback analysis reasons. Any system generated email you receive from us includes an ‘unsubscribe’ button that allows you to opt out of any future communications from us. We regularly clean unsubscribed contacts to remove them from Capsule servers. You can contact us directly at privacy@sifr.ca if you wish for the removal of your personal data from our mailing list.
