​We use Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Voice to manage client feedback via occasional surveys from users of our services so we can improve our service offerings. Your receipt and response to these surveys will contain your name, email address, company name, and title. We keep such information indefinitely for historical customer feedback analysis reasons. Any system generated email you receive from us includes an ‘unsubscribe’ button that allows you to opt out of any future communications from us. We regularly clean unsubscribed contacts to remove them from Capsule servers. You can contact us directly at if you wish for the removal of your personal data from our mailing list.
